A full Choir normally sings at the 10.00 am Sunday service. They also sing at major destivals and, by prior arrangement, can be booked for wedings.
Choir practice takes place on Friday evening at 6.30 pm. New members are welcomed in all voice parts.
The St. Edward's Singers support the choir at weddings, choral evensongs, Christmas services and other occasions.

The Music Group provides an opportunity for musicians to contribute to the worship at the monthly Family Services. We rehearse on the Friday preceding the first Sunday of the month, from 6.15 - 7.00pm in the church. The group ranges from about 5 to 70+ and in ability from Grade 1 standard to Grade 8++, though commitment and enthusiasm are the most important pre-requisites. We are a friendly and happy group and always welcome new players.

The Choir regularly supports evening worship and sings anthems and introits at all major church festivals, with an extensive programme at the carol service. It meets to practice on Thursdays from 7.30 to 9.00 pm.
The annual choir service, led solely by choir members, is in June and usually takes the form of readings with relevant talks and sketches and, of course, a variety of music. Concerts and party entertainment, in and out of West Thorpe, are all part of the choir's outreach. Its varied repertoire embraces sketches, pantomimes and comedy items. New members are always very warmly welcomed.
