St. Edward's Church provides a central hub to the local community including the local Dringhouses Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Rainbows and Brownies & Women's Institute as well as a special association with Dringhouses Primary and Junior school and Dringhouses library. The church itself is open to visitors most days and one of our "Welcomers" would be only too pleased to give you a tour.

The Community Hall, which opened in 2016, contains a popular cafe so why not drop in with friends for a cup of fairtrade tea or coffee with refreshments and a chat. Our cafe is open Monday to Friday, 9.30am to noon and from 1.30pm to 4.00 pm.

Our ever popular Friday lunches are held in the Community Hall between 12pm to 2pm, most Fridays. Take your pick from a selection of lunches and light refreshments plus home baking followed by tea or coffee. All this for the great price of £5 per head, so why not join the regular band of ever increasing diners.

The Community Hall is very popular and provides a base for many regular and occasional groups so if you're interested in any of them, why not join in.
